When you think back on the great fighters throughout the history of boxing, the really great ones can be counted on two hands – being at the top of your game in this sport is so mentally and physically challenging that many don’t make the cut. For someone like Manny Pacquiao, who is not only at the top of his game, but will be remembered as one of the greats of the sport to fight, means that many people will be tuning in however they can to get a glimpse of this great boxer in action. When you pair him up with Juan Manuel Marquez, another enormous name in boxing, you’re sure to have a cracker of a fight.
The fight will be broadcast on HBO Pay Per view on the 12th of November, where it will take place live at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in the United States. For those of us who don’t have access to HBO Pay Per View, we might think that we can’t watch the fight. But that isn’t true.
There are several applications designed to stream TV channels online using peer to peer technology, which means other people can broadcast channels that you can watch, no matter where in the world you are. This means that you have access to almost anything you want to watch, from football matches to big boxing fights, like the Pacquiao vs Marquez III fight taking place on 12th November this year.
There are several software applications that take advantage of the peer to peer TV technology and two of the big names are TVAnts and SopCast – both providing users with a quick and easy way to watch all their favourite TV channels and, on November 12th, the ability to watch Marquez take on Pacquiao for the World Welterweight title. There is still the issue if Pacquiao Marquez live streaming will be offered world-wide or there will be country restrictions. Keep in touch to find out the answer.
